TERMS & CONDITIONS
General Limousine Rules and Regulations :
(1)ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES consumed by persons under 21 years of age in or around limousine/car. NO
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE ALLOWED BY ANYONE AT ANYTIME.
(2)NO SMOKING inside the limousine/car, $100 charge per incident.
(3)$10.00 per broken glassware, $ 25.00 per damaged CD, $25 per damaged VHS, $ 45.00 per damaged DVD.
(4)$ 50.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (due to spilled drinks, food, etc.)
(5) $100.00 minimum excessive cleanup for sickness interior or exterior.
(6)$100.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery.
(7)$150.00 minimum for each act of vandalism.
(8)Triple charge of above listed amounts for all items stolen or removed from vehicle.
*Any damages will be discussed with client and charged to client's credit card on file.
(9) Disorderly conduct will be cause for contract termination at Chauffeur’s discretion and no refunds will be issued.
Person signing this contract will be responsible for guests.
(10) We will do all we can to provide transportation in requested vehicle, but we cannot guarantee requested vehicle
availability due to unforeseen circumstances. If lesser vehicle is used, the charges will be adjusted accordingly.
(11)We cannot guarantee availability for overtime hours, so please make sure you book the required amount of time. If
overtime is assumed, fees will be charged in ½ hour increments due upon service completion at the quoted hourly rate,
unless otherwise stated and will be charged to credit card on file.
(12)There will absolutely be no criminal activities or attempts of criminal activities permitted in conjunction with the use of
Oasis Limousine Service, LLC's service to client. Any such activities or attempts of activities will result in immediate
ending of service with NO refund.
(13)We reserve the right to cancel transportation agreement due to inclement weather. If such an event occurs you will be
given a full refund.
(14)We, Oasis Limousine Service, LLC willl provide service directly to you whenever possible, if not an affiliate company
will provide service on our behalf.
(15) A 15% service fee added to all fares. This allows us to fairly compensate team members who are involved in
participation of provided service to you.
(16)Gratuity is not included and is at the client's discretion.
Occasionally electronic items in the vehicle, example, radio, cd player, video player, etc. may not be functioning but it in no
way renders the vehicle incapable of use. If any such items are not functioning, it does not allow for a refund. We try our
best to make sure that all items are in full functioning condition, but occasionally things beyond our control can occur.
Please be advised of this and thank you for your understanding.
NOTICE FOR PROM EVENTS or underage events:
LIMOUSINE SERVICE MUST BE BOOKED BY A PARENT/legal guardian OF MINOR PERSONS THAT WILL BE CHAUFFEURED BY
OASIS LIMOUSINE SERVICE,LLC. PARENT MUST SIGN CONTRACT AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIONS OF ALL
GUESTS. (Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult in vehicles.) If one of the guests
becomes unruly, a parent will be contacted and requested to pick minor up and/ or will be dropped off. No refunds will be
issued for disorderly conduct.
Cancellation Policy :
If you must cancel, we request you do so 30 days or more prior to event. At that time you will receive full refund of deposit.
Cancellation that occurs 30 days to 14 days prior to event results in a non-refundable fee of $100 per vehicle will be
deducted from original deposit. The remainder of deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to
event, purchaser will be responsible for 50% of original balance. Cancellation that occurs less than 7 days, full payment
expected.
Payment: We accept CASH, CHECK, CREDIT CARD OR PayPal Credit card and a minimum of $100 deposit
is required at time of booking to secure the date. Remainder is due 10 days prior to event. If overtime
hours ensue, additional payment will be required at the end of service charged to credit card on
file. Please allow an additional 7 days to terms if paying by check to allow for check clearance.
